oracle数据库不小心删除了数据

select * from SYS_DICT as of timestamp to_timestamp("2019-11-05 10:00:00","yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss");

时间点在删除数据之前，又尽量精确    sys_dict 是表名

insert into SYS_DICT (select * from SYS_DICT as of timestamp to_timestamp("2019-11-05 10:00:00","yyyy-mm-dd hh24:mi:ss"));

把数据重新插入
