ImportError: cannot import name 'httpsHandler'

解决方法

brew reinstall python --with-brewed-openssl
pip install --upgrade pip

brew reinstall python3 --with-brewed-openssl
pip3 install --upgrade pip

brew list | grep ^python

pip指定pip源安装：
