python安装第三方库报错（Failed building wheel for 库名）

问题

     在安装cartopy 和 gdal库时提示安装wheel文件错误，具体如下：

       “ This error originates from a  subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. ERROR: Failed building wheel for cartopy Failed to build cartopy
ERROR: Could not build wheels for cartopy, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects”

解决方法

    问题原因：不是pip的问题，可能出在wheel文件上，可以将文件下载到本地安装（离线也可采用此方式）。

    下载网址：https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/   超好用的第三方python库，ctrl+F搜索自己需要安装的库,然后选择对应的版本。

     pip安装：pip install  wheel文件的具体位置，例如：

pip install C:\Users\97421\anaconda3\envs\env3\Cartopy-0.20.2-cp39-cp39-win_amd64.whl
