1.检查表空间的Force logging 模式，确定表空间是否已处于Force logging 模式。
2.尝试使用alter tablespace … drop datafile … 命令更改表空间的force logging模式，若仍然无法更改，则使用 alter database [no]force logging 来更改数据库的 Force logging 模式。
3.重新更改表空间的force logging模式。
