ORA-24021错误是一个技术性错误，指的是在使用导入工具导入数据时，队列表定义没有导入。
1.检查Queue Table的定义，确保它是在正确的用户下，不满足时重新创建Queue Table定义；
2.在Datapump导入时，启用参数 include=QUEUE_TABLE_DEFINITION 来确保Queue Table Definition被导入；
3.遇到ORA-24041空指针错误，说明数据文件中可能有重复的条目，使用dba_queue_table查询Queue Table信息，清理重复项；
4.如果队列定义总是没有导入，建议先查看Network/Local Service的参数 dq_MQ_table_qlen 是否为0。如果是，则可以使用alter system 设置dq_mq_table_qlen 的值。
